Bill 2b8fe0276d refactor: remove encryption messaging and network disclosure from settings UI ...

Removed unnecessary UI elements to streamline the settings interface:
- Deleted network security disclosure box
- Removed authentication description paragraph
- Removed encryption status indicator
- Removed unused isEncryptionAvailable import

These changes reduce visual clutter while maintaining all functional settings.
