Guillaume LE VAILLANT 8d35711448 Remove duplicate translation file ...

We have a monero-core_zh.ts file which doesn't contain any translated
strings, and a monero-core_zh_TW.ts file which contains translated
strings. So let's delete the empty file and rename
monero-core_zh_TW.ts to monero-core_zh.ts.
