Add Mediasite video download support
- New reference: mediasite-video-download.md covering the complete
download pipeline (PlayerService API, HLS manifest parsing, parallel
segment download, ffmpeg muxing)
- Update content-classification.md: split bucket 4 into 4a (Mediasite,
downloadable) and 4b (other platforms, link only)
- Update SKILL.md: add video download as workflow step 6, update
frontmatter trigger phrases, generalize browser automation references,
mention ffmpeg dependency
