Bill	c30ca25503	fix: use GITEA_ACTIONS env var for registry detection ... The workflow was checking vars.GITEA_ACTIONS (repository variable) but Gitea sets GITEA_ACTIONS as an environment variable. This caused Gitea builds to incorrectly try using ghcr.io.	2026-01-01 10:36:15 -05:00
