Add reconciliation workflow; fix zsh helper path detection
- actual-helper.sh: detect script dir under both bash and zsh
(BASH_SOURCE is bash-only; zsh uses ${(%):-%x}), fixing module-not-found
errors when sourced from zsh
- Add references/reconciliation.md: statement-reconciliation methodology
(multiset amount matching, statement anchors, safe backup->report->dryrun
->apply->verify write workflow, importTransactions for payee/category rules)
- Add scripts/reconcile.mjs: report/dryrun/apply tool (generic template config)
- Add scripts/audit-reconcile.mjs: balance-integrity + cleared/uncleared audit
- SKILL.md: document reconciliation, note read-only vs guarded writes
